Lies lies lies!

Lies! Lies! Lies! An agent contacted my husband telling him that my plan with MTN is expiring, so we need to upgrade my plan... They assured him that theres no extra charges. Now MTN disconnected my number because we didnt pay the extra monthly amount for my plan upgrade. No one wants to take responsibility. MTN said we must call mobiles plus, mobiles plus said we must call MTN. Legal action against these two ******* thieving companies are going to happen as we specifically stipulated in our contract with MTN that we do not give consent for them to sell our details to 3rd parties.
