Laptop complain
I upgraded with mtn they called me and upgraded with a laptop and they delivered and after the day of delivery i found out that the laptop has a defect and i called in so that they come collect it and its was collected the day after the delivery. now me calling to make a follow up i am not being assisted at all. so please help me find my laptop with MTN and they debiting me for something i don't even have in hand. please help me not let MTN get away with this.

I have been on the call with MTN being moved from one department to the other but am not getting any help and that was my upgrade and a day of the arrival of my laptop I call in MTN to come collect the laptop as it has a defect, it was collected but no reference number was give to me or none communication was done, and on the other but I have been debited on the device I don't even have on hand. this matter have been going for so long and either they give me new laptop or they will have to cancel my new contract with them as from today with immediate effect.
or provide me with the number to call so i can talk to a person whom will be able to assist me, because call centre need a serious training to deal with the customers

Kindly note that MTN is responsible for your billing and you will need to contact MTN directly, Mobiles Plus is a 3rd party company that sells deals on behalf on MTN, however your delivery query needs to be addressed with MTN.
