incorrect orders
i received a call from Vanishree in sales regarding my contract upgrade with mobille plus. i did agree to the upgrade but did not request additional services like Rescuebox and safetybox which will cost me an extra R100and i do not need them. two years back the same thing happened i had to phone each and every service provider of which i did not request the service for to cancel and now it is repeating again. i have phoned your call centre on *** to request cancellation of everything the lady i spoke promised to cancel and send me confirmation via sms. IM DONE WITH MOBILEPLUS
