Incorrect information given

<p>Received a call last week advising that I qualify for a P10 plus. Very impressed with the deal I accepted the offer and countless times asked Agent 75, Agashen Subramoney, who also confirmed countless times that I'm guaranteed to get the phone and it will be delivered within 10 working days. I then called today to see if I could change the delivery address and was then told by some agent that the deal was declined. Was and still am very upset as I was not informed and was told previously that it's a definite that I will get the phone as I was going to gift it to someone. I want answers! </p>
