*********** and Dishonest

Do not upgrade via this company - I was promised a device then received the incorrect device - furthermore I was billed over R700 more than what the contract cost was. They ended up making it seem as if they were inconvenienced by sending me the wrong device and not me! The overbilling became a non issue for them.

I have had a query opened with them for six weeks with no resolution! When I request to speak to a manager the consultants say that they do not have access to the managers!!!

I am absolutely appalled at the way this is being handled.
