Second review. The last correspondence I have was to request a number that they can assist me with. (The request for termination ended up at their retention Department. On the standard reply it clearly states that they do not accept emails and the termination should occur through their customer service. Which I have done on numerous occasions just to find that the debit order is still continuing.
