Ignition MTN upgrades

I was contacted by these guys as my Cell phone contract has expired. I gave specific instructions as to where the device was to be delivered and I also gave my daytime contact number. 3 weeks later the I still have no device and the couriers are not contacting me. I have tried various numbers given to me by MTN which either does not exist or just goes unanswered. MTN cannot help and Ignition does not answer. *****ED!!! worst decision of my life to upgrade over the phone. Now there is no-one to speak to to rectify it.
