I want my number back

Mobile plus blocked my number last year December saying I havent payed for 14 months basical thats stupid why didnt thay say something for 14 months, I payed the amount they requested December and faxed proof of pyment I have faxed it more that 6 times since December and I want my number back, you can see in you statements my referance number, my number *** how long will it take to get my number its already 3 months now without my number and I want it because I payed im tired of faxing and phoning as im waistin gv money please give me back my number, and why you guys cant pic up nothing with my i.d number as a cliant of yoursim getting irritated with the services im getting from you, its a second time posting the same thing and mobile plus said you are going to get back to me and never called or email.
