I REGRET EVER TAKING A CALL FROM THE ********* CALLED MOBILE PLUS

<p>I recieved a call from the Mobile Plus consultant during early 2016 of a smart phone they were offering me,she told me they are MTN authorised provider and i fell for it.The problem started when they delivered the wrong handset.the very same day i recieved it i notified them that it was the incorrec model....it took them the whole months to collect it,they actually collected it on the 12 december 2016.Now my problem is they debited the premium during the months of november and december even when i never used it and they promised me they will refund me as soon as they recieved the handset but until today they have never refunded me and they continue to debit my account,time and again when i call them they promise to resolve the matter but nothing is happening.</p>
