DON'T DEAL WITH MOBILESPLUS. This serves as a follow up of my previous ****ing review. I spoke to Pravin on the 28/3/2022 and again on the 30/3/2022.. The second approach initiated a phone call which I was unable to accept. This was followed by an email from Hageshini Perumal who confirmed that the agent who had phoned me had NOT indicated that there would be costs associated with the 'improved package' and asked whether I wished to return to the old package. This I confirmed on the 1/4/2022 and again on the 4/4/2022. These were to no avail and did not even prompt a response. About a week later I was contacted by one Tyreese Gibson who confirmed that essentially I had been '****med', was apologetic, however was not prepared to provide me with a call back number or mail address. He did provide a number of other telephone numbers which have not yielded any joy. I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH MOBILEPLUS!
