***** MTN AND Mobilesplus

<p>I received a call last week 21 June 2018 whereby a certain gentleman introduced himself and stated that he is calling from MTN and they wanted to offer me a contract for a Plite Huawei at R249. Per month. I then told him that im interested and gave him my personal details and we AGREED that the money will only be debited once I have my device. I have been an MTN customer for many years and trusted them. I then got an sms from Mobilesplus confirming my order. Then today I got a call from ViVA insurance who wanted to insure two devices I received from MTN at a monthly amount of R 1200.00. Apparently I made this order on 1 June 2018..This is a lie and there were no cellphones delivered to me.I called MTN and spoke to QIniso who advised that the amount of R 1200 will be debited on the 30th June and in fact I did receive the alleged devices,but he advised that he will help cancel the contract as I never agreed to it. THIS IS *****.. I have not received any device as I only placed my order lastweek for ONE device. Mobilesplus are ****** and ITS Unfortunate that MTN is affiliated with this *****. I DONT want any device and will not be paying for something that I didnt agree to or receive. My number ********** 071</p>
