FALSE MARKETING

The consultant whom contacted me sold me an Apple iPad4 Mini 16G Black on MTN 1GB (MTN Broadband) for R 159 pm. I took the product to the Apple iStore today to purchase a cover and protective film. I requested for an iPad4 Mini cover to which the friendly assistant advised me that the iPad4 Mini does not exist. The latest iPad Mini is the iPad3 Mini. I am very dissapointed, as I was under the impression that I was sold the latest iPad4 Mini - which is why I took the product. 1. This is false advertising 2. How many Mtn customers have been caught out like that and 3. Even the website advertises an Apple Ipad4 Mini. I reported the matter to the call centre but I was informed that they will listen to the call first to determine what happened and then the product will be collected from me and the contract will be cancelled. I want the latest apple ipad that was sold to me at the specified contract price. Please can you look into the matter for me. I have the email confirming the product that was sold to me and the website confirms that they sell the iPad4 Mini.
