Debits from Account without Agreement/Contract

Hi<br> This company is been debit money for different things that we did not oder or sign contract for from my daughters Nedbank account. We once called them from Nedbank when I complained about the debits that I did not know.<br> My daughter had 300 Rand in her account and it ended up being on -166 Rands without her using any of that money.<br> We called Mobuleplus to complain and they said they will cancel everything from their system and refund the money back. That was end of September but till today no refund and they kept debiting from the account though they had promised to cancel everything and to take me out of their system. <br> Money that was debited was: 118 ZAR for some funeral insurance, 98 ZAR for SOSSQUAD, 78 ZAR for mobileplusmp, 58 ZAR for PHOB and 50 ZAR for products neither I or my daughter agreed upon. This whole issue costs the account 466 ZAR with bank charges. They have not refunded my daughters money back till today. As I can see, I am the only complainant in here.
