CUTTING CELLPHONE LINES OVER R39!

Mobilesplus is the ****test company I have EVER encountered. They cut my cellphone line over R39 that they did not get in the month of November! They have been successfully debiting R39 from my account since January 2015, and apparently no debit went off at the end of October of R39 and they cut my cellphone line! With no warning what so ever! For ****en R39 you're going to inconvenience my life, really! I have owed companies WAY more than this and have been given warnings numerous times before they took any drastic measures on me. Yet Mobileplus misses R39 from my account and they cut my line! I went to MTN and found out that Mobilespluls owes them almost R1million, now 16 000 odd people must pay for this! This is ********. I have now paid the cancellation amount of R624 and to get my phone reactivated, which they say will take up to 3-5 working days for MTN to ONLY notify them WHEN my number will be reactivated. I don't understand why I must suffer so much for a 1st time \offense"of not paying R39 since i started the contract with them. I work for 702 and EWN"
