I received a call from a lady from this company which to me sounded very fishy from the begining.

She said to me she is calling from MTN and claiming she wants to give me value for my money on my contract. she said to me I will be given additional bundles at no extra fee.

Just for me to find out from MTN this person is not from MTN and now I am being billed additional costs for my contract after I was told nothing would change.

Can this kindly be reversed from my account As I do not appreciate being **** to and being *****ed just for someone to push their own salary

We work hard to be ********** like this.

This is nonsense.
