Contract Sim Card Activation

Last week I app**** for an online contract SIM card month to month which is 15gb from MTN. Got the SIM card delivered to me from DSV couriers and called MTN for activation which I need to wait for 24 hours to 72 hours without success. Called MTN again for activation which I have told that I need to call a 3rd party company which is mobile plus as they are ones that deal with my application and also responsible for SIM card activation. Called mobile plus and I have been told that the ticket is still on open serve approval and has not been closed. It has been almost a week since my SIM card has not been activated. Very disappointed and received poor service and it is always excuses that it is a system issue. Asked them if they can cancel the order and received a response that it cannot cancel as the specific person dealt with me can do that.
