Cancelled my order without my concern

On the 15th March 2016.I received a call from Mobileplus after completing an online application. The consultant took down the rest of the application and advise me that they will contact me within 2 weeks to arrange the delivery. I specifically advised the consultant that I will be out of the country for 2 weeks and I will only be back on the 31st March 2016 and she promised me that she will make a note and beside they might contact me after 2 weeks therefore chances are that I might be back by the time they contact me to arrange for the delivery.<br> <br> to my surprise when I came back on the 31st I received an sms stating that my order was cancelled. I immediately contacted Mobileplis and Danver confirmed that the order was cancelled because they were unable to get hold of me however he will send the request for reinstatement. I called back again on the 04/04/2016 and I was advised the the request was never sent but they will immediately send it. Today when I call some guy told me to go back to Phone Finder webside and reapply. That's totally unacceptable. why did you guys waste my flippen time from the onset? That's totally unprofessional.and unacceptable.
