cancel order

I contact the supplier to cancel the contract. I can't cancel I have to pay a cancellation fee. Want to talk to the manager, I can only ask them to call you back. I was phoned and they offer me a 50 in the middle of the month amount for me not to be out of airtime. They did not say that I will belong now to a COMPANY and that it is a contract. I was giving various options and cancelled everything except this contract paying on my cell phone R50 every 17th of the month and taking money on the last day of the month, now changing to the 25th when there is no money in my account because I only get my pay on the last day of the month. Also not telling that if the contract being cancelled I have to pay a fee. I really did not agree to that. I will lose my number if I want to revert back to prepaid was said to me when I talked to the lady and when I said I will cancel my debit order because of them not want to cancel the order she drop the phone in my ear. Phoning back the same thing happen, the lady drop the phone in my ear. I am not happy with the service.
