Breach of contract

I purchased a phone via a call I recieved from mobiles plus i have issues with the device but I have an issue with false information to customers as its ******** and breach of contract I specially requested that I would like the device with no add ons but I now look at my Statments to see I'm billed for things I did not request I was even advised that the add ons would come as an sms and all I needed to do was reject them I would have loved to even take up any other contract cause I felt your prices were reasonable but I'm disapointed in your level of service and I want my money back
