Bad service from Mobiles Plus

Please do not make use of this company. They contacted me with an offer for a package with an iPone 7 on 6 August. One month later I contacted them to ask when delivery will take place, I was told that there where outstanding documents (which were not asked for when I agreed to their offer). I supp**** the documents, and after another month hearing nothing, I contacted them to be told that the iPhone 7 wasn't available anymore. I was offered Samsung but I asked if there are any iPhones available. I was then offered the iPhone SE for R100 more than the iPhone 7. I agreed to this. Then heard nothing. I contacted them yesterday to be told the iPhone SE is not available. Needless to say I cancelled the order. 3 Months later after they offered me a product, I get a mail yesterday to tell me that my order is cancelled BECAUSE I DECLINED THEIR OFFER! They declined to honour the offer they made me. Good bye Mobiles Plus and please do not ever contact me again!
