BAD SERVICE AND CHARGING FOR SERVICES NOT ASKED FOR

<p>On 2016-12-12 Mobile plus has declined my order for a cellphone contract. On 2016-12-24 and 2016-12-25 they have deducted 4 services namely TECHTRACE, SOSSQUAD, HOTSPOTTERMP and PHOB 2 times off of my bank account. Im currently in negative with my bank with these debit orders that i didn't ask for because Mobile Plus has declined my order so i do not use these services. Please help me so that these services can be stop and not be deducted from my account in future. I am going to put a stop order on this at my bank so that this must be reversed. Thank you.</p>
