Bad for business
Hi, I spoke to a consultant saying his from telkom and I qualified for a contract and got my details from phone finder,so we went through the contract but never told me when the device will be delivered or to confirm the address all he said was your contract done and put down the phone. Now today I saw my account was debited of r109??when I don't even have the device!! Help please

30 Apr 2019, 14:42I called them up the product shop and how great to hear the order that was put through with the consultant does not exist for the P20 of a R168 per month but what does exist was there value added service package!! You know what I would like that call to be listened to and I would like to have on what I told and sold or mobi plus do you have a deal like that
