Appalling service

<p>I app**** for a contract phone samsung S7, I waited a week then I called back I was told that the phone is out of stock I must choose another device, I chose a samsung S8. I waited a whole week for the status update, I received a call that it was out of stock. I changed again to an iphone 6s plus. on the 23rd of June 2017 I got an sms that my application was approved, I will receive a call from the couriers in regards to delivery. I havent received a call from the couriers. I called the offices the whole of last week and I have been receiving different information. at one point I was told it was approved, at another point I was told it was still pending. mind you that I have already received an sms that said it was approved. on the first of July a deduction of an amount of R175 was done on my account. How can they deduct money on my account,whereas I have not received the device. I am really disappointed at the service I got. it was bad</p>
