6month's no phone

<p>I took out a 24 month's contract with mobilesplus.My handset wa delivered with in a few day's.after 3months phone just died basically I took it to mtn direct maponya mall and qualified for warranty exchange but after six month's of emails and phone calls they finally delivered new phone but to my surprise it was wrong handset mot the one I tool out on contract so I sent back immediately with courier who was delivering .its been almost two weeks now still no word from them,no handset and all this time I've been paying for something I haven't seen for almost 7 months come on man !!</p>
