Terrible communication and poor work ethic
It pains me to write this but Miss H designs has been extremely unprofessional. I ordered and paid in full for an item in January and to date (May) have not received my item. I have to constantly follow up and if im lucky I would get a response, yet daily they are posting on their social media accounts. In my opinion this is very *********. You cannot take someone's money and just ignore them. I always try to support small business but Miss H has really left me with a terrible experience.

Lack of service and professionalism
I would like to state that I do not like writing negative reviews regarding small businesses however due to the utter lack of service or communication I feel that I have no other choice. I placed an order in early January and to date I have not received any further information. I have waited more than two months now despite this being bought as part of a Ramadan promotion which has passed. I do understand that there were delays due to personal reasons, however, I do feel the time delay has been unreasonable and new items are being sold and manufactured whereas my order has not been fulfilled. I have emailed them and contacted them via their WhatsApp platform with no acknowledgement or response to my messages. This is totally unprofessional and I would rate the business zero if I could. Miss H has such nice modest clothing however due to this experience I will no longer be supporting them

Worst small business, no communication skills, no client etiquette. You wait for almost 2 months for your garments when placing an order and when you do follow up, they have a stink attitude, yet they the ones doing false advertising of saying your garments will be ready within 15 days of purchase, yet you wait for almost 2 months. They have random excuses like computers that's crashed, hence the reason why your garments are delayed, I suppose. Their communication skills are non existent, you need to send 3 or 4 messages before they actually get back to you. Miss H Designs you need to up your game in order to retain clients....
