Lack of service and professionalism

I would like to state that I do not like writing negative reviews regarding small businesses however due to the utter lack of service or communication I feel that I have no other choice. I placed an order in early January and to date I have not received any further information. I have waited more than two months now despite this being bought as part of a Ramadan promotion which has passed. I do understand that there were delays due to personal reasons, however, I do feel the time delay has been unreasonable and new items are being sold and manufactured whereas my order has not been fulfilled. I have emailed them and contacted them via their WhatsApp platform with no acknowledgement or response to my messages. This is totally unprofessional and I would rate the business zero if I could. Miss H has such nice modest clothing however due to this experience I will no longer be supporting them
