Terrible communication and poor work ethic

It pains me to write this but Miss H designs has been extremely unprofessional. I ordered and paid in full for an item in January and to date (May) have not received my item. I have to constantly follow up and if im lucky I would get a response, yet daily they are posting on their social media accounts. In my opinion this is very *********. You cannot take someone's money and just ignore them. I always try to support small business but Miss H has really left me with a terrible experience.
