Megsapp and Amandla Mobile are a complete pain. Stay far away

Absolutely terrible service. When you have a problem, they just waste your time having you do pointless things. There's presumably no technicians working here, just social media people and I think that they troubleshoot your problem by asking ai what to do. They also dont listen to your requests, and multiple times they will ask a question, I will answer it, and then they will reply as if they asked a different question. I regret using this service
