Megsapp and Amandla Mobile are a complete pain. Stay far away
Absolutely terrible service. When you have a problem, they just waste your time having you do pointless things. There's presumably no technicians working here, just social media people and I think that they troubleshoot your problem by asking ai what to do. They also dont listen to your requests, and multiple times they will ask a question, I will answer it, and then they will reply as if they asked a different question. I regret using this service

No communication with their customers
They updated a security feature without notifying their customers this removes a critical feature of their app and this cost me money which I can never get back I was using megsApp for almost 4 years now and I'm very disappointed and discusted at their service I will be changing to a different mobile network provider I would not recommend this to anyone
