Useless with urgency of meds
I have an new script that i asked to be given the meds urgently and there was no action taken from last week Wednesday on Friday last week i was told its going to urgent delivery as i have an appointment with this person of the script again this week Wednesday now i wont be able to give him a proper feedback regarding my reaction on my meds as i have not received it as promised for urgent delivery now i will only be able to test my meds 1 day as it is only being delivered tomorrow useless

Medipost, your service is atrocious. You're fired!
My Ref # is ***. My Drs script requires that Medipost provide me with Genemist nasal spray (Schedule 4). Medipost provided me with a Schedule 2 spray. Medipost insists that Schedule 2 spray is same as Schedule 4 spray. I said to pharmacist "I don't believe you". I have no problem receiving generics but schedules are not the same. Pharmacist espoused many reasons why they are the same. I simply want what me and Medipost bargained for - Genemist. In end, he (with an effeminate voice) insisted that Medipost does not take back medication once delivered. In my opinion, this guy did everything to keep his job rather than do his job - very poor customer service.

Terrible staff!
Struggling Every month to get my sons diabetic medication. Staff dont call back as promised. The staff needs serious training in customer care. Yesterday i was told that there is NO Sensors in the country! After talking to the medtronic rep, i was advised that it is not true and that Medipost should just order stock. Imagine telling a diabetic patient that there is no sensors, and it is not not true! I dredd placing my order every month. I wish i could buy from someone else. Really bad Medipost

Terrible staff!
Struggling Every month to get my sons diabetic medication. Staff dont call back as promised. The staff needs serious training in customer care. Yesterday i was told that there is NO Sensors in the country! After talking to the medtronic rep, i was advised that it is not true and that Medipost should just order stock. Imagine telling a diabetic patient that there is no sensors, and it is not not true! I dredd placing my order every month. I wish i could buy from someone else. Really bad Medipost

Warning Medipost Momentum service provider have technical issues
Warning Medipost are not dispatching medicine or responding to emails as apparently there is a technical glitch. I have sent numerous emails with my script to various *** over 2/3 weeks. It seems like they all emails just disappeared. Medipost claim they only received my very annoyed email highlighted in yellow yesterday. Despite my clear annoyance Medipost decided not to respond and claim they dispatched the medication..... They said they sent an sms but it seems like the sms line is also not working..............! I recommend Medipost give their employees a holiday till they can solve the communication glitches........ So to anyone that receives medication by Medipost be warned, Medipost have technical issues so are not reading email or sending sms

Horrible service
Today I have waited for more than an hour to follow up on my medication. I was promised last week Wednesday that they will send my medication. I am still waiting on my much needed medication. How bad is this?? Horrible service to say the least
