Worst Service of 2020 thus far

We placed an order for SIM cards with these guys on the 11th of Dec its the 8th of Jan and they couldn't be bothered that I haven't received the SIM cards we ordered. I have called them multiple times and asked to speak to the supervisor who is always either in a meeting or too busy to call me back and address my delivery issues.

Between Me&You mobile and Courier IT I have never ever been treated so poorly. Have you ever been so ****ed that you went from screaming to just being calm because there's really nothing you can do because you are at the mercy of 2 companies that couldn't give 2 ****s about their "customer"?

I really feel sorry for them because companies of this nature will not thrive in the competitive landscape of South Africa. To top it all off they have a bunch of very condescending call centre agents who are unable to stick to their commitments.

You are just another number to these guys. Good luck if you are trying to get help from these guys, I hope the God you pray to fights these battles for you.
