Worst Service Ever!

Annoyed is an understatement!!! Got sim card on Monday, still waiting to be activated. have been sending emails and calling the call center and all they tell me is they will escalate the matter or the matter has been escalated. Asked for the contract to be cancelled that cant be done either. Managers don't even get back to the client as per consultant's request. Can't get my data uploaded, can't get my contract cancelled either!!! i have seen such incompetence in my life!!! I don't really see this Network going anywhere with the way they are handling things.....
