Worst service ever!!! Can't receive calls for the last 2 weeks!!

This is the worst service I have ever received! Seriously for two weeks people can't get hold of me. How long does it take to sort out a problem. How can I pay for a service I do not receive. I am really disappointed and would never recommend me & you mobile to anyone!!
