Worst service ever

Pathetic srrvice in regards to feedback and cancellation. I terminated my agreement last year. Im still being billed. I requested a termination letter and refund and still nothing. The product you have is superb, your service and staff incompetence is what eaks me terribly. Pathetic to non existent service
