Worst customer service

I am deeply disappointed in Me and You mobile. I used them for over 4years and if your contract is correct there is no problems but the moment you make changes or need their assistance they are absolutely useless. Worst customer service I have ever received. They are not updating information despite of 100’s of calls and emails. They have been deducting too much money for 5 months. They half respond to emails without providing solutions and you have to phone so many times and holding the line for 10+ minutes before you get hold of them.
