Worst and getting worse - meandyou mobile

meandyou mobile does NOT deserve a rating of 1 star ! The customer service response is worse than the worst ever experienced from the bad days of Telkom. Today I called and was holding on the customer service line twice for 20mins with NO response. This not the 3rd day I have been without a service. The smple reason is that they are unable to load my bank details and/or allocate the payments made to them. AS per many other complaints, their debits ad credit system does not work. There call center admin staff are absolutely useless at fixing and problem.

What most worrying.. the service has steadily been getting worse ..
