Whatever you do, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PORT INTO Me&You Mobile
Yesterday evening (25/01/2021), at approximately 19:45, I noticed that my cellphone displayed "No Service" for Me&You SIM 8927************4129. This morning, the 26/01/2021, at 07:55 I received an SMS from MTN confirming that the PORT OUT (i.e. from MTN to you) was successful. Despite MTN's confirmation of a successful port, the M&Y SIM continues to display "No Service". So, in summary: My MTN number has now been fully ported which means I no longer have service from MTN BUT... I also have NO SERVICE from you either. So, neither my MTN nor my Me&You SIM's are in service. How can you port a number in and then not make the SIM active? I cannot call you and no-one can call me either. WHY DO I HAVE NO SERVICE???????????????????????? If you are unable to resolve this issue by 12:00 TODAY, then please do the following: Reverse the Port request or get my number back to MTN one way or another. Then, please refund me IN FULL since I am still within the cooling off period. This is not negotiable and you should regard this email as notification of my intention to CANCEL. You will be responsible to port my number (073******6) back to MTN and refund me in full.
YOUR TIME IS UP! Please start the process to get my number back to MTN (REVERSE THE PORT or do whatever it takes to get my number back to MTN) and let's start the refund process, please. Let's DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!
