Useless, poor customer service and deserve to shutdown.

This company needs to be investigated. I have been having issues with since the first week I signed up with them. I've been asking for the recording of all the calls but they always seem to ignore my requests. They ported my number 2 times without my knowledge.

Just tried to call them, now their offices are closed and its 10am. I can't make calls from their sim. All I am getting is whatsapp messages and I did not sign up for any data plan with them.

They are just a clown, I think who ever they are contracted under should terminate their contract and let the call center agents with their stinking attitude remain unemployed forever.
