Useless Mobile company Me & You

I got a call from an agent from Me & You mobile mid-June and they offered me a router and a DSTV PVR decoder at a pricelock price of R398 per month. I was told that I would be able to connect my decoder to the wi-fi network and 10 GB would be allocated to me monthly, I then signed up and received both the decoder and router with the sim card.

I then realized there was no wi-fi connector included in the package, I then enquired with a representative from me & you but was told the wi-fi connector was not included, I told the agent that when it was sold to me over the phone I was told it will be included. The agent was rude and told me to u Connect my phone to the router and use the data. I already have a router for my phone and I bought this one strictly for the decoder.

I received the router mid June but still there is no internet connection from that period till now and I have sent numerous emails without any assistance. I would not recommend me & you mobile to anyone who is looking for a great deal. Can someone please assist as I am fed up and being billed for a service that does not work. *** is my contact number.
