I have been using ME&YOU Mobile service for many years - Its been very upsetting that recently I upgraded to the unlimited package and the system does not pick up. conveniently this has happened 3 times already!

Each time this happens I HAVE to pay on all the Minutes I Have used - Under the impression i'm based on the Unlimited package! I'm finding this to be completely ********* from ME&YOU. I Have a Huge following and work with over 50 Influences on social media. It is not ethical for me to pay on something me&you made an error on! should this issue not get resolved, I will not hesitate taking this further over Social media warning people through my incidents.
