This company is the WORST in South Africa! They Are Rogues

I am on a plan with this company and i changed my plan in the beginning of last month to a cheaper deal, i have received an email saying the deal change was successful and that i will be put on the new plan from the first of the new month, we Well now i receive an sms saying that i have to pay for the old plan as i did not get moved. the call centre agents are useless and cannot do anything to help and so are the managers. I pray to each and every one of you to never use this service as when anything does do wrong and it will then its impossible to get the right help.
