The worst service provider!

the only reason why I rated this service provider a 1 star is because there is no 0 star rating. This is the worst service provider. I have not had this many problems with other service providers. For some weird reason , when there is load shedding, you will absolutely have no service AT ALL. You will not be able to phone someone, send a sms or whatsapp. So for some reason the service provider must be connected to eskom. When using this service provider you will also have days where you will not have service (again cannot phone, cannot sms and cannot whatsapp). I am cancelling my contract and heading to vodacom now. Oh and try speaking to their customer service. This is pathetic. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone.
