Something is drastically amiss at Me&You mobile - Network, Website and Accounts problems

During the last few months, me&you mobile have taken a massive dip. Their services are not always working, especially on Fridays. Monday, 7 September our phones stopped working - we have 5 numbers with them. Yesterday, the 8th we had to call them again - no answer - they just fix it, tell us to switch off our phones for 10 minutes then it's back on again. This morning, the 9th of September , the same thing again. My phone says not registered on network. When I access their website in my profile, I cannot do anything as it says my numbers have been blacklisted - this has been the case for 5 weeks now. They also debited our account twice this month, but have not returned the funds. Someone should check them out. There is something wrong at me&you mobile.
