Short paid R349-38 from Me and You mobile

I took out the package of R245 per month but the service was so bad that i had to cancel it within the first 3 weeks. The router has been collected by Me and you during June 2022 and it was in the same box etc. and in the same condition when collected. on 5 August 2022 Me and You took R1899-00 from my account on 05/08/2022 for the router that they already received. I complained and ask for a refund. I received R1549-62 on 28/09/2022 (53 days later) and was short paid with R349-38. I want my money immediately.
