Shocking service

They used to be good but their service is now a disgrace!! When you call in, your minimum waiting time online is at least 15mins and when you buy data online with a credit card, you don’t receive anything. Today is the third time I’ve paid online and receive nothing - zero activation! Surely, this is *******. On top of that, you then have no one to talk to over the weekend. Just shocking!!! Maybe the CEO should call me!!
