Replacement sim takes 7 to 14 days

My phone got ****** and I required a replacement Sim card. They take 7 to 14 working days to send you a replacement sim card where as their competitors allow you to walk in and get your replacement sim immediately. Such an inconvenience as it leaves you phoneless for 2 weeks.
