Rediculous to say the least - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
This is now rediculous to say the least, you have debited my account WITHOUT permission for an amount of R1504,10. I expect the money to be back into my account TODAY 4 October 2018. Please do not reply with one of your general responses.....this MATTER is not resolved! Still waiting for your email from your Managing Director as communicated with me.... no response!

A response was given to you on the 01st of October with regards to a refund of R512.22 via email.
This has been processed to the billing department and should be refunded by Friday 05 October.
Once refund is completed, proof of refund will be sent to you via email.
