Rampant unproven charges

<p>I've had several complaints, written countless emails. When you drive them in a corner, all they say is read our T&Cs</p> <p>In the T&Cs they Indemnify themselves against ANY WRONGDOING, including GROSS NEGLIGENCE. Under 7.5 they state that the T&C will be for benefit of Me&You mobile only.</p> <p>They charge your bank what they want, then give as proof 1 day's data only, amounting to less than 20Mb. This was during a 20day period when their web system was out of order. But they do claim to know hoe to bill you for usage; but are unable to provide proof.</p> <p>This was just one such incidence. </p> <p>So they literally tell you in their T&C that they are going to ***** from you, and when that happens, you have only the courts to go to as final solution. Because they claim indemnities contrary to our country's laws. Only a court of law can give you justice. They won't.</p>
