POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

We've had trouble with this company from the start. NO SERVICE AT ALL. They messed up my husband's profile and we have been trying for months now to resolve the problem. Every time they tell us they are escalating it to the relevant department. I truly feel this is a line they learn during training because no one phones you back and nothing gets resolved. But they are very quick to take the monthly instalment. I would advise everyone to stay away. Only trouble.
