Poor disguisting service

I have the worse experience with me and you mobile for the past 2 mnths. Every month they add amts to my account that i do not know about or dont owe them legally, yet they cut your phone so that no emails or whtsapps can be used. They take money out of my bankaccount without any notice or explanation, just to tell you when u call the help centre that they will escelate to the accounts departement and you dont hear back from them. They are commiting ***** yet you are at fault and get cut off wven though ur account is up to date. They are in my opinion the worse service providers ever. You get told that the manager will contact you, yet no one calls back. Poor poor service and disguisting.
